Ventura West Marina

Our project to remodel 392 slips is in the initial planning, design, and entitlement stages. It is designed to reflect contemporary regional demographics and meet recreational boating demands. The proposed project includes replacing the existing docks with state-of-the-art docks and enhancing more amenities and services on the water. Construction of the proposed project is planned to occur in 2026 and will take approximately 12 months to complete.
