Current Projects

Our project received final approval from the Port of San Diego at the end of 2023. Planning, design, and entitlement have been ongoing for several years. As a prelude to what has been in the works, we have included several architect’s renderings of the future marina. The newly finished marina will include all new docks, a fuel dock, a building, landside amenities, and a spacious pedestrian promenade along the waterfront. Construction is anticipated to commence early 2025!

Some improvements will include:

• Slips ranging from 20’ – 140’
• Fuel Dock
• Space for boater services, commercial and retail services
• Ample Parking Spaces
• Dedicated public parking spaces
• Swimming pool, spa, and recreation area
• Boaters lounge, lockers, and shower rooms
• Public viewing deck and waterfront promenade
• Deli/Café
• EV Charging Stations
